In his dream, Dr. Antonio awakens on an operating table within the confines of the hospital where he is employed, blurring the lines between his dream and reality. Initially mistaking his dream for a mere nap taken at work, Dr. Jones only becomes aware that he is not alone in the hospital after ascending to the first floor.

The crescendo of noises emanating from the various rooms adjacent to him steadily intensifies until he comes face to face with a sinister duo - the malevolent child and his possessed grandmother.
